Lovely villa in a very quiet location. Pool was lovely and cleaned every other day. Good location within walking distance of the gourmet food store, which had everything we needed and was reasonably priced. All in all an enjoyable stay.

Some basic repairs needed, door handle on front door coming off. Glass cabinet broken with sharp edges. The single bedroom is extremely small, no storage or accessible plug sockets. Host informed us 3 days before arrival that if we wanted the pool heating, it would be an additional 1000 egp per day but there is no mention anywhere to state this. We only saw any staff members , when 4 men came to collect the money for this. There was no check in or out times on the booking confirmation or booking.com and no correspondence regarding this until the day of departure when we was told we had to leave at 10am, although this message was sent to us at 12.30pm. After a few messages and us pointing out that we had paid for 10 days and 10 days to heat the pool and we didn't arrive until 10pm on the first day, which they were aware of before arrival, it was agreed we could stay on without extra charge. Only 2 loungers for 7 of us, not detrimental , also the listing clearly states hot tub, but there isn't. Also each double room had 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel, per room, not guests, again not detrimental we just made use of the washing machine. Nothing here is meant to be negative, just feedback and some knowledge for future guests .

I would recommend to anyone, the amount of space is really nice and the pool made are are trip great Nice villa in Great location with everything 5-10mins in Tuk Tuk Yalla order delivery for anything delivered to your villa :)

The location is great, 5mins from downtown. Heated pool and the lagoon view was beautiful. Hosts were super responsive and answered all my questions. Some of our friends didn't have towels and the host offered us some for free.

Nothing, everything was perfect.
