Mostly was above expectations
Really clean, really keen attention to most details, more than amazing view, loved the decoration, the ease of check in/out the whole place felt really welcoming, this was my first experience with STR and it got me thinking of trying it more instead of hotels
A small hiccup with issuing El Gouna access QR code, but it wouldn’t say it’s major
The internet was expensive and something is wrong with the data consumption, because it doesn’t make sense that 110 GB won’t last a day.
It would be really great if they could get the Jacuzzi cleaned, also some minor maintenance issues

Location was perfect and villa is spacious.
Host was helpful and easy to reach.
Check in and check out was easy.
All good but access to the lagoon needs to have more maintenance.
