Moor Layover Heathrow - Cozy Crew Stay - 10 min to Airport

Good but hard to find because it isn't labeled and they share full address only after paying a security fee that's not indicated on the initial booking. The fee was 100% of the room cost. They said it's refundable after 7 days. The room was clean as so were the linen.

The fact that neither the hotel or booking.com told me I would pay a security fee before checkin. I only got the communication a few minutes before I got there. I had to pay more for tge taxi for waiting. It's more of a self checkin Air NbB than a hotel.

Affordability, location, cleanliness and staff approach.

I can't think of any

Proximity to London Heathrow was convenient, although, I had a great deal of trouble finding the place because I wasn’t giving me the exact address or house number, and neighbor on the street helped me find it, said this is an ongoing problem with this rental unit

When I arrived there, I had to get my key out of the lockbox. I didn’t have a key pad number to do so so I ended up needing to call the Customer Support for the rental business to get inside, who worked with me by phone, and had to send me contract completion links via email to conclude the rental agreement, pay a security deposit etc, then I was able to get in to the property. It was a bit arduous at the end of a very long exhausting day. The room and bed was decent enough, for the price, but the central Heating was on full blast on a very warm day, so it was very uncomfortable because the place was overheated. That would be my biggest complaint about the actual rental unit
