Lucioles -5 bedrooms, hot tub + hammam, 50m from Pleney lift

Chalet Lucioles has an amazing location right in the centre of Morzine, just 50m from the Pleney lift and our ski hire partner, but also in the midst of all the town facilities, while being located on a side lane. It has a private garage for parking and plenty of bike storage space, but no need  for a car here as you can walk to everything! 

The accommodation is spread out over three levels. The wide entrance hall leads past the laundry room, and off one side is a shower and separate WC, and to the other side is a family room (king bed plus bunk beds, and the king beds can be separated into singles). There's a ensuite shower room with WC. On this level is also the relaxing Hamman (steam room - from 1st October 2025 there will be a supplement to pay for use of the Hammam, see below). 

There's a cupboard for drying your ski boots in the entranceway, with a total capacity of 10 pairs.Up the stairs is the spacious living area with comfortable sofas and a woodburning fireplace with safety glass, with sliding doors out onto the patio, where you can enjoy the 6-person hot tub, or dine alfresco on sunny days! 

The dining area and kitchen are open plan; the kitchen is extremely well equipped and ideal for catering. There's a balcony which runs along the kitchen / dining area too. Next to.the dining area is a staircase leading up to the third floor, where you'll find two spacious comfortable twin / king ensuite bedrooms, and a separate suite of king / twin room and smaller single / twin room which share a family bathroom with bath, and separate WC.

All in, the chalet can sleep 12 people, or max 10 with 2 per bedroom. There's also a large garage with high-top electric roller shutter (perfect for high vehicles) which can easily take a car or van, with plenty of room for bikes too.

There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room, however please note that this laundry room is also used by our housekeeping team and may be temporarily unavailable at times, usually at the beginning of the week.

Please note all bedrooms except the smaller top floor twin can be made up as twins or kings.

Chalet Lucioles is set on a narrow side lane off the Route du Téléphérique. It's a 2 minute walk to the Pleney lifts, and you can eat out at great restaurants such as the Etale, le Colibri and the new Les Halles at the end of the lane. Our ski hire partner, FB Freeride, is situated 50m from the chalet.

If driving, you can park in the chalet garage and then leave your car alone for the week! If you'd like to catch any of the local free ski buses to Les Prodains or Nyon, you can do so at the bus stop which you can see from the chalet balcony - 1 minute's walk. The nearest supermarket (Spar) is 3 minutes' walk.

Linen and 2 towels per person are included in all our rental rates, linen is changed weekly. For the winter ski season, end of stay cleaning is included in the rate.

For all dates outside of the winter season, end of stay cleaning is charged for extra, and is €160 payable locally. This simply covers the wages of the cleaning team.

From 1st October 2026 there will be an additional charge of €150 per week for using the Hammam, this reflects the high extra cost of electricity and maintenance. In the "interseason" months (mid April to 5th June, 15th Sept to 14th Dec) there is a lower rate and we can be flexible on arrival and departure days, however the jacuzzi will be out of use except for special arrangements, please ask for details.

Please note: There is a Damage Deposit of 300 Eur payable in advance by credit card or bank transfer. This can also be paid in cash on arrival on request. For mountain biking groups this is increased to 500 Eur.

Geneva Airport transfers: We operate our own airport transfer service in our licensed taxi minibus, which seats max 8 passengers in comfort with plenty of luggage space (VW Caravelle 4 x 4 long wheel base). We can offer shared transfers or private transfers, always door-to-door (unlike some transfer services who will drop you at the bus station!) – contact us for a competitive quote (Prices range from €95 per person return based on 4 travelling together, down to €66pp return for 8 travelling together) / €530 for a private transfer.

Lift pass purchase: We are able to arrange your lift passes in advance of your stay, so that they’re ready on your arrival at the apartment. We can take payment for these by credit card or bank transfer in advance, or cash on arrival in resort. We offer lower rates on area and local passes than you can buy in resort. For rates for your chosen stay, contact us. 

Help with arranging child care or babysitting: we have contacts with the in-resort childcare companies and can make the initial enquiries for you. For ad-hoc babysitting we have a list of trusted contacts and can put you in touch with them after you have booked. 

Start-up grocery shopping: for those arriving too late to be able to buy supplies on your first day, or if you’re arriving by airport transfer, if you contact us with your shopping list with 2 days’ advance notice, we can purchase and deliver your first days’ groceries for you, with a small charge of €20. 

Full or part-catered service: we work with several highly recommended freelance caterers who can provide a combination of breakfasts, afternoon tea, daily cleaning, children's suppers and adults 3 or 4 course dinner with or without wine included, and also a dinner delivery service.
