Welcome to our country house in Uzerche: Les Ipomées.
You will appreciate its character and location: located 2 kms from the historic center and ideally served by the motorway, its proximity to the train station and its shops (15 minutes walk).
Come and enjoy a quiet environment in a cul-de-sac. Our warm and completely renovated house offers all the comfort, rest and charm for a getaway with friends or family.
A must-see destination for its landscapes and heritage, the charming town of Uzerche, also called "The Pearl of Limousin", offers you a rich and rejuvenating stay thanks to its amenities, activities and attractions, to discover or rediscover the region.
Our house of about 100m² offers a living space composed of a first floor comprising:
- a bright living room with its dining area opening onto a small terrace,
- a fully equipped adjoining kitchen
- A bedroom with a bed (160) and its wardrobe,
- A bathroom (shower) and toilet.PGJyPg
A second bedroom on the mezzanine comfortable and spacious, a bed 140, a dresser and wardrobe.
A second staircase leads to an upstairs ideally fitted out and designed for a family, thus composed of:
- A large bedroom with bed 140, a dresser and wardrobe, children's travel cot available, topped by a small attic area with 2 single beds accessible, by a small staircase.
- A bathroom (shower) and toilet.
Enjoy a pleasant outdoor space with table and plancha for good convivial meals in the open air and sun loungers for your moments of relaxation.
To start your days gently, A breakfast offered (optional) is available on site on arrival consisting of: Brioche, cereals, fruit, juice, jam, milk... (Savoury option on request).
Rate according to the length of stay and the number of guests:
- 9€/person/day for 2 to 4 nights
- 7€/person/ day from 5 nights
For stays of 5 nights minimum, the implementation of an intermediate cleaning and change of household linen can also be offered, to take full advantage of the accommodation.
The breakfast option and the request for intermediate cleaning must be booked at the time of your reservation or at the latest 72 hours before your arrival. Do not hesitate to contact us for any information
