Pretty nineteenth-century country house, in red sandstone and local slates, tastefully restored. You will find nature and authenticity.
The prime location allows you to taste the charm of a small hamlet in the countryside, while benefiting from proximity to the city center of Brive (7 minutes by car), to the main roads that serve the many tourist sites (Périgord, Quercy, Dordogne), and to the main amenities (all shops 3 minutes away by car).
The house has 3 bedrooms, two on the first floor with 160 beds and a bedroom on the 1st floor with 4 beds in 90.
There is a bathroom on the first floor (shower, double sink, bath) and a bathroom on the 1st floor (shower, single sink, WC). There is a separate toilet on the first floor with a washbasin.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher) There is also a washing machine.
The living room is equipped with a wood stove, which can be used in winter.
Concerning the exteriors, there is a wooden table with bench on the south side, 2 sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue.
The house is very bright, pleasant to live in.
Sheets, towels, dish towels, bath mats are included in the rental.
