Ideally located in the heart of the Périgord Noir and at the gateway to the Lot, the Gite de La Dure is open all year round. The house is equipped with a wood stove, inviting you to appreciate the beautiful late seasons of the region. Enjoy exceptional comfort and create memorable memories in this setting combining historical charm and modernity.

The La Dure cottage extends over two levels, offering a friendly and functional space.

On the first floor, a large living room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, oven, fridge and induction hob. A bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet completes this level.

Upstairs, discover three bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and toilet. A hallway, with many cupboards, offers a large storage capacity so as not to clutter the bedrooms.

The warm decoration, embellished with family furniture, harmonizes perfectly with the spacious volumes of each room. The accommodations are equipped with the necessary essentials, with cleaning and bed linen included (beds made on arrival). Available all year round, the house offers the comfort of a wood stove in winter.

Enjoy a breathtaking view of the valley from the table, the garden furniture and the charcoal barbecue on balmy summer evenings.
