This old mill is located in the Corrèze countryside on the banks of the river La Soudaine. It is located 10km from Treignac, a city of character and with a superb lake for swimming or for fishing lovers. Many hiking or mountain biking trails are accessible and for all levels. The house is quiet with a large outdoor garden at the water's edge to enjoy the crayfish, relax and have a barbecue. There is a large living room, 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen, 2 bathrooms ideal for 4 couples or family with children. The shops are a few kilometers away.
