Just a two minute walk from the heart of Old Town Cottonwood, this newly renovated Southwest-style home offers spacious living areas, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, and thoughtful décor. Relax in the private courtyard with outdoor dining, games, and a gas BBQ. Steps from coffee shops, tasting rooms, restaurants, and boutiques—your perfect Old Town Cottonwood getaway.
The Space:
The Master Coyote Suite features a king sized bed and smart tv, luxurious ensuite bath with a walk-in rain shower and private outdoor patio. The hummingbird Guest Bedroom comes with a cozy queen bed, while the Cactus Guest room is perfect for kids or small groups, featuring a twin-over-double bunk and a private desk/work station with a TV. The guest bathroom includes a soaking tub/shower and a large vanity.
Kitchen is fully stocked with gourmet amenities, including a fridge, dishwasher, gas stove, and a RO water filtration system. Great for cooking and dining. The open concept living room provides ample seating, large smart TV and an electric built-in fireplace, creating a cozy and inviting space for relaxation.
Enjoy the outdoors in the open-air courtyard and cantina - featuring a covered farmhouse dining table, comfortable seating, gas BBQ grill, southwest style bar and fun games like corn hole. The home also offers off street parking and is conveniently located near an EV charging station just 500 ft from the house. Additionally, the home includes a full-sized, high-end washer and dryer.

City law disallows this home for being used for events, parties or large gatherings

Incredible stay; perhaps the best I have booked. Incredible detail and investment in this home. Absolutely comfortable and extremely clean with a surprise on every table and in every nook. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home with a kind and friendly host.

This was a perfect property for our trip. It was super close to shops/restaurants (less than a 5 min walk) but we also chose to stay and enjoy the beautiful patio and living room because it was so easy to sit around and relax. Everything was so clean and well maintained and easy to find. Admiring the decor and set up was half the fun! The host was extremely easy to work with. We would stay here over and over.

Great place to stay with an easy two block walk to the downtown. A lovely home, beds were very comfortable, and there was everything we needed. Would recommend as a place to stay in Cottonwood..
