The Space:
The Master Coyote Suite features a king sized bed and smart tv, luxurious ensuite bath with a walk-in rain shower and private outdoor patio. The hummingbird Guest Bedroom comes with a cozy queen bed, while the Cactus Guest room is perfect for kids or small groups, featuring a twin-over-double bunk and a private desk/work station with a TV. The guest bathroom includes a soaking tub/shower and a large vanity.
Kitchen is fully stocked with gourmet amenities, including a fridge, dishwasher, gas stove, and a RO water filtration system. Great for cooking and dining. The open concept living room provides ample seating, large smart TV and an electric built-in fireplace, creating a cozy and inviting space for relaxation.
Enjoy the outdoors in the open-air courtyard and cantina - featuring a covered farmhouse dining table, comfortable seating, gas BBQ grill, southwest style bar and fun games like corn hole. The home also offers off street parking and is conveniently located near an EV charging station just 500 ft from the house. Additionally, the home includes a full-sized, high-end washer and dryer.

City law disallows this home for being used for events, parties or large gatherings
Please be respectful of our home and do not rearrange furniture or unplug any home features/electronics. We also ask that you keep muddy shoes and mountain bikes outside of the home.

Great place to stay with an easy two block walk to the downtown. A lovely home, beds were very comfortable, and there was everything we needed. Would recommend as a place to stay in Cottonwood..

This is a beautiful house, very close to old town Cottonwood and the river trails. We enjoyed the outdoor areas very much. And Jan was right there (notwithstanding it involved a drive for her!) when we needed something.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations made this a relaxing and fun place to stay, especially the front patio. We also enjoyed having a short walk to Old Town. We all highly recommend this location as a great placeto spend some time away from home. Also, it is even better than the pictures!
