Enjoy morning walks around Lake Loveland, quick access to local parks, and an easy drive to Downtown Loveland or the breweries, dining, and attractions of Fort Collins. Your dogs are welcome but please put them on the guest list. I'm sorry, no cats in the home.
Tour the home:
Enter the home by ascending the exterior stairs to the second-story front door. Inside, the open layout places the renovated kitchen and dining area to your left, with the inviting upstairs living room to the right. Down the hallway are two bedrooms—one with a plush king bed and the other with a full-over-twin bunk—along with a full bathroom and a laundry area stocked with detergent and dryer sheets.
Head downstairs to a spacious second living room, perfect for movie nights or spreading out, complete with a wet bar for drinks and snacks. This level also includes a full bathroom and a private bedroom with a luxurious king bed. From here, you have direct access to the attached 2-car garage for convenient parking and easy loading.

I loved this property, and so did my dogs. It's beautiful inside, view of Lake Loveland is spectacular, and dog walks at close by Benson Sculpture gardens are a must.The host was great to work with. I highly recommend this property.
