Our stay at 917 N. Washington was very nice. We chose this property because of the proximity to downtown Loveland (an easy walk), Greeley, Boulder and Estes Park. Plus, they allowed pets which is a must for us with traveling pups. The fenced-in yard was 100% private with no gaps in the fence where a dog may escape. The deck was furnished with a table, chairs and umbrella for shade. The kitchen was equipped with clean, modern appliances. It was nice to have off-street parking, although the tree-lined street was also quiet enough. The bedrooms were clean and the master was very comfortable. The yards needed attention upon our arrival and the host had this one problem taken care of in one day. We would consider renting this place again in the future.

Property is excellent for pets 5 star for pets. I stayed they a couple weeks ago when my sister was dying. I dusted and cleaned the floors as I did today. It needed dusted and floor cleaned again. Lots of bread crumbs under and around toasted. But thst wouldn’t stop me from staying there again. Over all this is a nice place to stay. Master bedroom bed is 5 star. Kitchen and dishes were very nice. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely 100 year old home again for sisters funeral.
