Just a 9-minute drive from Pescara’s seafront (4.5 km) and 10 minutes from the city center (4.7 km), the 30 sqm Depandance offers you the best of both worlds: the peace of Spoltore—a quiet, green, and relaxing area—just steps from the Adriatic Sea, Pescara’s lively food scene, and its famous fish market.
The Depandance is perfect for families with one or two children seeking a peaceful stay near the sea. It’s a private studio that comfortably sleeps 2 adults and 2 children (or 3 adults). There’s a double bed, a sofa bed, private bathroom, fast Wi-Fi (great for remote work), air conditioning, and a TV.
Outside, you’ll find a shared garden with barbecue and outdoor shower, perfect for summer evenings. A children’s pool is also available on request.
Private on-site parking with an EV charging station—one of the few rentals in the area offering this. Shared bicycle storage. Shared washing machine and dryer. A tennis court is about a 15-minute walk away.
Less than 1 km away, there’s a large shopping center with over 40 shops, a multiplex cinema, supermarket, gym, and restaurants. Excellent public transport links to Pescara. Events are not allowed.
