Apartment p. t. with garden in Pescara, downtown area in a two-family villa ten minutes walk from the sea and the station, first hill, residential and quiet area with shops within walking distance, for five people comprising entrance - living room with attic fan and kitchenette , kitchen 4 burners + oven, corridor, bathroom with shower, two bedrooms, double + triple, excellent condition. Available fiber-wireless internet, two bicycles for men and women with a baby sit, flat screen TV, washing machine, supplies, linen, hair dryer, towels, iron and ironing board, outdoor relaxation area in the garden reserved for guests, fenced and lit with hammock, umbrella, table, chairs. Baby crib available on request. Check in from 15.00; check out until 11am. Suitable for families and couples with children. Small pets allowed. We do not rent in groups. My daughter, Son-in-law and I stayed in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath home in Pescara. The home was an apartment in a gated building with a garden. The unit was clean, host met us at checkin and checkout, and it was a 20 minute walk to Pescara’s train station and Centro.
