Sugar Sands offers a peaceful beachside experience with only four condos sharing a private pool and secluded beach. This lovely tropical oasis is just steps from the beautiful beach and laden with exotic and fragrant greenery, tropical huts, a BBQ grill, and outdoor showers. Sugar Sands D is on the ground floor and offers the easiest of beach vacations!
A unique blend of Florida fishing village, residential community and tourist destination contribute to an original vibe that is Madeira Beach. Mad Beach, as it's affectionately referred to, is that curious mixture of history, progress, and stability which, when paired with the perfect weather of Florida's Gulf Coast, makes for a delightful community. Measuring only two miles long, this small seaside gem draws beach lovers to its pristine white sandy beaches. Madeira Beach is home to John's Pass Village and with six public parks, boat-accessible restaurants, charter boats, and dolphin watch cruises, it has something for everyone. This property is located directly on Gulf with direct beach access.
Other Things to Note:
1. Charging the Pet fee per day
2. Limited to one dog in each apartment
3. Guest would be responsible for all damages and clean up after their pets
4. No aggressive breed
