Location!! So close to Frog Pond for breakfast and lunch, Sweet Sage Cafe for breakfast and lunch, Back Water for lunch and dinner with a great happy hour and Conch Republic! Trolley stops on both sides of the street so close! The owners in the complex are so welcoming and friendly!
The unit itself was spotless when we arrived! The kitchen, eating area living room and hall are all ceramic tile instead of carpet which is great! Both bedrooms and bathrooms have wood laminated floors, also great. The unit appeared to be newly painted, both bedrooms are in great shape.
Upon arrival we were a bit nervous because the complex lacks curb appeal, however after meeting several owners we realized how badly they were hit by the hurricane and that they are working very hard to change that. The pool is a plunge pool and is very tiny and ice cold.
The unit itself needs a few basic comfort items. No hair dryer so I left mine, it needs a full size coffee pot and or a single serve pot. It needs a frying pan, extra silverware. They didn’t even have salt and pepper in the unit. We stayed for a month and while we purchased cleaning supplies the unit didn’t have anything for us to use to clean anything, no mop, no scrub brush.
There was a toilet brush in each bathroom and the unit had a broom and a vacuum cleaner it but when you stay for a month that’s just not enough. The equivalent of a swiffer would have been very helpful.

No breakfast. Directly across the street from a beach access so that was perfect. Really nice, clean unit. Locked storage for wagon and beach chairs so we didn’t have to carry them up and down every day.
It would have been nice to have a coffee table!
