EVERYTHING you need - Flatware, Brand New Samsung Washer & Dryer (in unit), Tiled Floor throughout, Breakfast Bar, Dinning Table for 6, Cable, Wi-Fi (free), Balcony over looks Private Pool and the Ocean - just steps away. RELAX, Enjoy! Includes Coffee Maker (with Coffee) and, of course, The Blender! All New Sheets, towels, linens and regularly scheduled Cleaning Maid.

It gets better....A Private Bathroom, locked with key, directly next to the private pool. So no running up and down to the room for yourselves, or the Children!
Ideal for Families as the Town Park is DIRECTLY across the Street with Basketball, Soccer and Volleyball Nets, Picnic Benches, Kids Monkey Bars, Adult Workout Stations and Mini Bocce Courts.
HUNGRY??? Plenty of Excellent Local Fare. Including, a Block Away, Redington's Renowned "The Conch Republic" featuring amazing food for both Lunch and Dinner. Other favorite breakfast spots a walk-away are The Frog Pond and The Sweet Sage Cafe. John's Pass just minutes down the road featuring shopping, more eats, Cigar shoppe, and the home of Delosa's Pizza ! New York Style, but, simply the Best Pizza ! Clearwater Airport, 15 minutes / Tampa Int'l, 20 minutes / Orlando MCO, 1.5 hour drive / Orlando Sanford, a bit longer, 2 hours / Punta Gorda, Fort Meyers a bit south / and also, Sarasota Airport a good more than an hour away. Your hardest decision will be choosing which flight to take!

After staying here for the past 4 weeks I can say without reservation that it has been wonderful. Property is very well furnished with comfortable beds, chairs and couches.The unit is well equipped with anything that you might need.The owner has been exceptionally easy to contact and deal with. He has been very accommodating and receptive to our needs.We knew this before we rented, but just so others are aware, the swimming pool is not open yet and there is work being done on the balconies. All of this leftover from the hurricanes.The beach however has been wonderful. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Condo was beautiful. Everything you could ever need. Owner was in contact upon our arrival. Beyond considerate of our needs. Stopped by after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. Made every effort to see that we enjoyed our stay, AND WE DID ENJOY OUR STAY.
