About this apartment rental

Shores of Madeira #505 - Please note that due to the 2024 hurricane season, there is no pool, hot tub or patio at this time at The Shores of Madeira. It is likely the pool won't be available until Summer 2026. In addition, there is no direct beach access from the property. There is public beach access on the south edge of the property. Construction is ongoing on the property as repairs are made.

This condo association requires the formality of background check & application approval. Approval timelines can vary and we are unable to guarantee a faster turnaround than 30 days before arrival. This includes providing social security numbers for all guests and also photos of driver's licenses. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

Wrap around balcony for unparalleled Sunset viewing. 30 day minimum rental building assures peace and quiet for your entire stay. Arrival must be 1st of month, minimum 1 calendar month stay required.

Please note per the Association Rules and Regulations, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property except in a private unit. SunHost allows smoking on the private balcony but smoking is not allowed inside this condominium.

Beautifully updated with granite and tile throughout. New Chef's kitchen has beach views and new top of the line Kitchen Aid stainless appliances. Master bedroom has a king with private bath and guest bedroom has two single beds.

Large beach side pool and hot tub. BBQ grill available. Complex also has a large common room on the ground level that opens out to pool and patio area. The covered common area includes a bbq grill, kitchenette and a lending library. Outside there are two additional large bbq grills. A little over 1.5 miles from John's Pass Village keeps you away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to get to. Walk to supermarket, restaurants and pubs in the immediate neighborhood.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copying, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gump's, Hooters and Hubbard's Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden. You can access the Pass via the beach by traversing under John's Pass Bridge or any of a number of safety crosswalks. Approximately 1.5 miles south of Shores of Madeira.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Condo had everything we needed but a few items need to be replaced and we wish the unit had blinds and/or shades for both front and side windows for privacy and sun blocking.

Had to walk up to the 5th floor.
