About this apartment rental
Book your perfect beach getaway at the Madeira Beach Yacht Club, a gated condominium located on Madeira Beach. Walk less than 10 minutes and you’ll reach the beach, restaurants, dive bars, the grocery store, library, post office, shopping, and a recreation center with baseball fields, basketball and tennis courts, and kids playground. John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk is 2 miles away.
Full access to the newly-remodeled 755 square foot unit on the second floor with views of the intercoastal. Spacious 1 bedroom, 1.5 baths. All new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, including glass-top stove, dish washer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and fridge. New furniture featuring a king bed and a full size futon that sleeps 2. In-unit washer/dryer.
No smoking or vaping will be tolerated. You will be charged $500.00 if we have to clean up smoking odor. No pets allowed.
$50.00 non-refundable condo association application fee.
$130 one time cleaning fee ****
Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require that at least one member of the party to be 25 years of age.
The condo is located on the second and third floors of the building. You will need to climb a set of stairs outside on the ground floor to get to the front door of the condo. Inside there is another set of stairs that goes to the bedroom.
MBYC is complete with private parking, two heated pools, fishing piers, sun loungers, umbrellas, and seating tables. The clubhouse includes a gym, sauna, and billiard room.

We love the location. All the conveniences are close and accessible. Post hurricane rebuilding continues but was not disruptive. Thanks for the great stay!

The apartment was stunning and clean. The bed was lovely and big with a beautiful view. All amenities needed were provided and extras too. Sitting on the balcony to watch the boats was so relaxing. Wi-Fi was excellent. Bars and restaurants a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Holes in window screens.Bedroom windows did not open. Window lift spring broken on all bedroom windows. (We wanted to enjoy the season’s balmy weather.)Entry storm door did not latch closed. And door’s closure unit is missing.Kitchen ceiling light fixture missing and ceiling water stain apparent.Kitchen crown molding over cabinets has poor carpentry with gaps.First floor bathroom ceiling fan not working.Master bath has multiple ceiling water stains.Bedroom window blinds are bent and not fully functioning.Balcony- one of the two chairs was totally broken and unusable. We couldn’t sit together to enjoy the view until the end of the second day.These problems case a sub par impression and rating. And a less than expected experience.Not the value for the rental cost.We did not let these flaws stop us from having a very good vacation.Pool and pool deck are great. Easy walk to beach.Convenient parking. View of canal is pleasant.
