About this villa rental
Finca Son Capellet is a charming property located in the heart of Mallorca, surrounded by nature and offering privileged views of Puig de Bonany. It is just 4 km from Petra and only a short drive from Manacor, Sineu, and the beaches of Can Picafort and Son Serra de Marina, making it an ideal spot to enjoy peace and quiet without giving up nearby services and attractions.
The finca features a spectacular outdoor area with a large garden, tall trees providing natural shade, and a private pool measuring 11 x 8 meters (88 m²), surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. There is also a spacious terrace with a barbecue area, perfect for enjoying Mallorca’s great weather.
The interior combines a cosy rural style with all modern comforts.
The house offers 5 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and heat pump heating for the low season. 1 bedroom with a double bed and 4 bedrooms with single beds.
The living room includes a fireplace, air conditioning, three sofas, satellite TV, and WiFi available throughout the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
Son Capellet is situated in a very peaceful area, ideal for relaxing. In the nearby village of Petra you will find restaurants and supermarkets, and in Villafranca you can visit the weekly market. The beaches of eastern Mallorca are less than a 20-minute drive away.

We loved staying at Son Capellet. We spent a lot of time in and around the pool. There were plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to hangout. There were handy beach parasols we used for excursions to the beach and inflatables for the pool. All the rooms were en-suite with effective air-con. A couple more kitchen utensils and cookware would have been helpful but it wasn’t really an issue and we got by. The area was very private and centrally located on the island. This was convenient for us to drive to different parts of the island for day trips and the supermarkets were only a 15min drive away. We could hear loud music during the day from the neighbouring rental house. Nothing to be done about that but just be aware that there is another house with their own pool nearby, but not close enough to ruin the privacy. Teresa was very helpful and friendly both on check-in and check-out. We would definitely return here.

This is a wonderful Villa, with lots of space, privacy and very peaceful. Teresa was an amazing host, always quick to respond to questions and very helpful with taxi’s, restaurants, etc. Food can be provided on order and we had pizzas one night and paella’s another. All was really good, and great value.

We had a wonderful stay at this finca in Mallorca. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, with stunning nature all around—it’s the perfect escape if you’re looking to relax and disconnect. The house itself is very spacious and tastefully decorated, making it ideal for spending time with friends or family. Everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay—friendly, responsive, and very helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience that we would happily recommend.
