The Space:

Villa Son Perxa is a spacious Mallorcan country house situated on a former agricultural estate in a peaceful valley between Petra and Sant Joan. Surrounded by open countryside, the villa accommodates up to ten guests and is particularly suitable for families and groups looking for privacy, space and tranquillity.



The house has five comfortable double bedrooms with ample storage space. It also features four bathrooms: three with bathtubs and one adapted bathroom on the ground floor. A separate guest toilet is also available.



There are two spacious living rooms with comfortable seating, flat-screen satellite television and two open fireplaces. The large dining room provides plenty of space for shared meals.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle and Italian coffee machine. A second table in the kitchen offers additional space for informal meals or socialising.



Outside, guests can enjoy a large private chlorinated swimming pool measuring approximately 13 × 10 metres and up to 1.7 metres deep. The pool includes a separate shallow section for children. Children must nevertheless remain under constant adult supervision around the pool.



The spacious pool terrace is furnished with ten high-quality sun loungers, parasols and outdoor lighting for summer evenings. Several covered terraces provide shaded areas for outdoor dining and relaxation, while the brick barbecue is ideal for preparing meals outdoors.

· The Balearic Islands impose a mandatory tourist tax known as the Ecotasa. All guests aged 16 or over must pay this tax in cash upon arrival. The applicable rate ranges from €0.55 to €2.20 per guest, per night, depending on the season
