Modern Condo on the Beach with Spectacular Views

Great location. Great space. Great views. Several things they could fix. We stayed on the first elevated level (parking was under the unit). The elevator didn't work. The glass door to the patio did not work. The window to the beach did not work. The glass looking out to the ocean had lost its seal and was foggy. When we cooked a pizza, some cheese fell to the bottom of the oven. It started smoking. With not being able to open the patio door and the window to the beach, the unit filled with smoke. It set off the smoke alarm for the entire complex, except for in our unit. Everyone could hear it going off except us. We found out when the fire chief pulled up along with the fire engine. (The firemen were taking bets on the way there, was it pizza or steak that set it off. We all laughed.) The dryer was slow to dry the towels. Our towels were damp and a little musty when we arrived. Some of the dishes had been put up that were not really clean. It is a great place and we would definitely stay there again. But, the place could use some TLC and you just need watch out for the items listed above.

Spacious clean updated condo. Enjoyed having attached bathrooms to each bedroom. Nice view of northern beach. We had to go out on the beach to actually view the sunset. Easy beach access. Unfortunately the patio door was broken and we couldn’t use the deck. Fridge ice and water did not work. Fan remote battery needed replacing. Couldn’t use either room fan. It was a very nice condo and we had a great time. Would stay again.

Beautiful view from the room, clean and comfortable home away from home. Loved it!

Very clean except for the windows, taking in consideration of seaspray. Difficult to appreciate the great view. Well equipped. Drawback was late entry instructions informing the elevator was broken and condo had 2 flights, which was too late for change. Difficult for a older person. Deck door was broken and unusable as was front window. Quick response on replacing dead batteries on TV remotes. No instructions on TV and remote worked half of the time. Comfortabe beds and bathrooms. Close path to beach and downtown. Had to communicate through VRBO with host.
