The full kitchen includes a center prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar for six and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. First, this was the cleanest and neatest I have ever found any VRBO property. Relatively new and well maintained. The kitchen was roomy, with good appliances and utensils (and cooking oil and condiments!). I like fixing family breakfasts, and this was good space to work from. The kitchen had a nice large island, but no separate dining table.
All 4 bedrooms were upstairs, with good, new beds. Good washer dryer too. They might want to consider adding a safety grab bar outside the master shower and perhaps a robe hook.
Location: Close to but not actually on the beach. It is on the beach side of US 101, so you do not have to cross the highway to get there. At night, however, you could hear the trucks roaring down 101, which was a little annoying. Great sandy beach for walking, but not a swimming beach. Just a few minutes to Rockaway Beach for dining, etc. And it had a garage we could have pulled to car into overnight (but didn't).
Overall, I will give it an 8.5 out of 10 (which is high praise for me.)

It was the cleanest place we have ever stayed and the best stocked, for pots, pans and dishes. Only negative was no dining table in house, only a large island. Close to the beach. Very happy with stay.
