The top floor offers a peaceful, private suite with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. It is quiet, comfortable, and ideal for guests settling in for a month or longer, including remote workers, visiting academics, families between homes, or anyone relocating to Boulder.

This is the heart of the home. A bright living room filled with eclectic art and comfortable seating flows into a dining room made for long conversations and shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen makes extended cooking simple. A convenient half bath is located on this floor.
