The location of this rental is incredible! For the most part our stay was great. It was not explicit that there are other people staying upstairs. It is a charming old house but the floors and pipes do make noise. Perhaps bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Beautiful property. Decorated and outfitted well. Ideal location- only a block from Pearl Street. So many shops and restaurants. Comfortable setting for our family for my granddaughter’s graduation.Only negative is that there is an apartment at the top of the house which wasn’t mentioned in the listing. The occupants of the apartment woke up at 6:30 each morning, showered, and clomped around waking us up each morning.Besides that we were very pleased with the house.

Incredible location! The home is within walking distance to so many wonderful restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. The space itself is beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches and everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was the perfect spot for a girls weekend—we would absolutely stay here again!

Love the property! The house was so comfortable and the proximity Pearl Street was so convenient. Property mgr was very responsive, the house was really fantastic in every way.
