Master Suite (Upper Level): King bed, private ensuite bathroom with alcove tub + bidet, walk-in closet, and direct access to the upper lounge.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with private access to shared bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Full/Double bed + workspace.
Bedroom 4: Full/Double bed + workspace.
BATHROOMS
Main floor full bath (shower/tub combo) – serves Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 and doubles as a guest powder room.
Private master ensuite with alcove tub and bidet.
LIVING SPACES
The main living room features two large couches facing a wood-burning fireplace, a well-stocked bar with beverage fridge, wine fridge, and ice maker. Vinyl record player, Bluetooth sound system throughout.
Upstairs lounge (next to master) has a 72" TV, two couches, and an oversized chair.

Fully remodeled open kitchen with premium appliances and generous counter space, coffee maker, and everything you need to cook and entertain. Opens directly to the patio.
