Amazing location in the Whittier neighborhood. Just 3 blocks to Pearl Street yet peaceful residential area with mature trees and perfect backyard for grilling and lounging!
Gorgeous 3 bedroom and 2 full bath Victorian home located in downtown Boulder - walk to Pearl Street or stay and enjoy the sanctuary of the backyard!
All 3 bedrooms offer a queen bed with closet and dresser so you can settle in. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a delicious home cooked meal, beds are made with soft linens and bathrooms are stocked with towels and soaps.
Home offers modern kitchen with granite countertops and 1 push espressos, gorgeous dining room with bar, front sitting room with pellet stove and media/library room in addition to the 3 bedrooms and 2 full bath. Secure WiFi as well as Cable and Apple TV where you can stream net flix or movies from your computer.
Fenced in and professionally landscape backyard and deck offer perfect spot for grilling and dining or just relaxing on the outdoor living room furniture. Plenty of on street parking in addition to the driveway but a car really isn't necessary as you can take the RTD bus direct from the airport to a downtown stop just several blocks from the home.
Spruce Pool is just one block away so the kids can splash around during hot summer days! 4 cruiser bikes available as well if you want to ride around the many bike paths and downtown. There is also a pack and play (no sheets) and baby gate at the house so you don't need to worry about lugging that with you:)
Dogs are welcome with a doggie door, dog beds and a fenced in yard!
Pets incur a one time $50 fee for additional cleaning. Early check in and late check out will incur a $50 fee if they can be accomidated.

Such a charming home with wonderful living space. We had a beautiful holiday stay! The living space worked out great. Backyard completely fenced, and the pups felt right at home. Plus walked to all the shops on Pearl. Great location. The host was also available and went out of her way to help us. We will be back.

We had a great time at this cozy and historic home. The surrounding neighborhood was beautiful and full of cool homes and unique garden yards. We really enjoyed strolling around and walking to nearby shops and restaurants. It was a great base for visiting CU for a football game.

This property had everything we needed for our stay: Doggy door for the pups; downstairs bedroom for 87 year old mother; great backyard to host a CU graduation open house for daughter; fantastic location to walk to Pearl street; accommodating host; quiet street and a beautiful well maintained older home to enjoy. If only the weather had cooperated to allow a bike ride on the provided bikes. Our 8 day stay flew by.
