This charming 2-bedroom Cape Cod home is designed for easy, relaxed vacation living- whether you’re here for beach days, bike rides, or cozy nights in..
Step inside to find a bright comfortable home with central air, a gas fireplace, and a sunny game filled room that’s perfect for morning coffee or family fun. The house includes fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and plenty of room to unwind after a day on the Cape.
Head downstairs where you’ll find a ping pong table and extra hang out space. The backyard features a hot tub- ideal for relaxing under the stars after a day of exploring.
For adventure lovers we provide bikes for easy rides to the beach, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and other local spots!
We provide strollers as well for families visiting. We have a fenced in backyard! The house is only a ten minute drive to the Nantucket ferry located in Hyannis for a fun day trip!

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was centrally located so it was easy to get around on the Cape, and the house was exactly how it was mentioned on the site. We’d love to return

We had a wonderful stay at Mares property with our kids and our pup. Clean, dog friendly home, with lots of fun, beachy decor, and plenty of space to spread out with the family. Location is close to everything! Beautiful beaches very close by where we watched the sunsets with our kids and dog, then ended our days soaking in the hot tub every night. 3 minutes away to the closet grocery store and other attractions, but the home was still tucked away in a private, beautiful neighborhood. Mare was wonderful to communicate with! Thank you so much for a wonderful September stay on Cape Cod in your home!
