    The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and very accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We truly appreciated the warm service and would be happy to stay here again.

    Acessibility: Fine if you're going to areas like Jamsil or Gangnam. But far if you're going to areas like Myeong-Dong Room: The bidet is busted/not functioning. The room 303 given to use are old and some corners are rusted. Money: We even paid bigger paying online than what is actual amount onsite. Summary: Overall, 2 out 10. Not satisfied.
