“Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, and most of the staff were friendly. However, one male front desk employee who appeared to work the evening shift consistently came across as impatient and unfriendly. On one occasion, I asked for extra bottled water after we’d used the complimentary bottles, and he responded in a way that made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. The following day, when I called to ask if more water could be brought to the room, he told me I had to come downstairs to get it, again in a dismissive tone. While I understand hotels may have different policies regarding bottled water, the way he communicated with guests was disappointing and stood in stark contrast to the rest of the staff.

Close to the subway and bus station. Facility is well maintained

Pro: value for money, spacious room
8 min walk to metro station and there is a bus stop to Gangnam about 5’ walk.
Con: not sound proof, facing T junction and the entire night I can hear traffic, yes, even at 3am. So not for light sleepers. Bed sheet has a torn hole on my first night stay.
Weird to have kettle inside the wardrobe.
