it's so difficult to contact the staff and they're not even responsive 24/7. thet don't give proper responses to booking inquiries. it was such a hassle to ask assistance from them and they're so strict with the check in time, it says in agoda that check in is at 2pm but no it's actually 5pm. the room is small and doesnt seem to be cleaned properly. there were traces of hairfalls and stains on the sheets and walls. if you have big luggages, you cant open them unless you put the bed cushion up, it was such a tight space for 3 people. bathroom was like almost half the room; couldve been smaller. honestly, the bathroom felt so eerie, i didnt even dare to look up cos the ceiling was weird and dark. anyway, I don't recommend this place.
