Staff Mr Lee and Mr Huang were very nice and let me borrow the phone adapter. I give back after checkout. I will recommend and stay next time. It's free water & coffee

nice place convinient enough if you have a meeting at COEX centre,
8.4 / 10Excellent·May 2026
The place was decent enough to literally shower, sleep, and leave our luggage at. The room that was assigned to us was not according to the booking. However, since we were mostly out of the day, it was a decent place to settle to.
5.2 / 10·Aug 2026
I stayed at the hoel for two nights, and the experience was one disappointment after another, from check-in to checkout. The photos are very flattering—but in reality, the property feels poorly maintained and rather tired.
The shower leaked, there was no daily housekeeping, the elevator didn’t feel particularly secure, and front-desk staff were rarely around. To be fair, the hotel describes itself as an “unmanned hotel” (무인호텔), so the lack of staff isn’t exactly a surprise—but it does make problems considerably harder to resolve.
A few silver linings: the A/C was excellent and powerful, and the soundproofing between rooms was actually decent. The hallway, however, was another story. Let’s just say you may occasionally hear your fellow guests enjoying the full range of hotel amenities. 😂 Whether that’s a negative or a selling point probably depends on what you’re looking for.
The location is genuinely convenient, especially if you’re attending an event at COEX Convention Center. The price was also below the average for nearby hotels, although higher than many love motels.
Unfortunately, the comparison doesn’t end well: the property didn’t even feel up to love-motel standards in terms of décor or upkeep.
Great location, strong A/C, decent room-to-room soundproofing—and that’s about it.
Unless your priorities are strictly location and air conditioning, I’d stay elsewhere. There are better options nearby for the money.
