I had a pleasant stay. It is close to a subway station. The room was clean and comfortable with every basic amenity provided.

Close to the subway and the location is pretty convenient with a cafe directly downstairs and with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. I booked this for a concert at the Olympic Park so it was easy to get to and from. Staff was friendly and the room was clean!
    7.2 / 10Good·Sep 2026
The location is excellent and very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. However, the cleanliness of the room could be improved. I have allergies, and I found myself sneezing every time I entered the room. I could noticeably feel the dust in the room. The carpet had visible stains, and there were also stains on the sofa. Overall, the location was great, but I hope the hotel can pay more attention to room cleanliness and maintenance.
    6.4 / 10Average·Sep 2026
The best thing about this hotel is the location. It’s less than a 5-minute walk from Samjeon Station, which made getting around Seoul very convenient. The room is suitable for travelers who mainly need a simple place to sleep. However, I had some issues with the card-operated door because it didn’t open easily and sometimes took several tries. Cleanliness was my biggest concern. I accidentally dropped something and had to reach under the bed, and that was when I noticed quite a lot of dirt underneath. I think more thorough cleaning would make a big difference. The staff weren’t rude, but they didn’t really greet or acknowledge guests, so the service felt quite impersonal. Overall, the location is excellent, but I think the cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service could be improved.
