Property was in a good location. Around 15-20 minutes from Bullring. Property was maintained well and instructions were clear from host. Very good communication when required.
Carpets are stained in bedroom.

Clean, light and modern apartment with a comfortable bed and a good shower. Well equipped.
The carpet in the bedroom was very stained and there were marks on the walls. There is a very noisy factory fan on the canal side apartments so sitting outside was not possible. However the windows and door are well insulated so it was just a quieter hum from indoors so didn't affect our stay. If was a bit tricky to find at first but the owner answered the phone straight away and explained what to do.

The property was very well located for our requirement
The flat while having what you needed had bad stains in the carpets dirty curtains and damaged tables both bedside and dining room.. the bedside table was so dented in it was not possible to place a glass on it. The towel rails were all dusty and there were lots of areas that just needed a proper clean. We also struggled to find the entrance with two blocks of flats having the same name and number .. the owner was very helpful but I think he has been let down by his cleaning staff and general maintenance
