AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We were charged an additional £45 for early check in, which we did not receive. We had a 2 hour wait in the corridor, only having gained access by a member of the public inside the building, due to being given no check-in details. The room we booked was not available whatsoever, instead we were given a room that had ALREADY been stayed in, it was filthy, food all over the place, beer cans, the oven was on! Dirty towels on the bedroom floors. We had no toilet roll in the apartment, the beds hadn’t been changed. The apartment only sleeps 6 - NOT 10 this is a lie! When attempting to contact the owner, they turned off the phone line. When I finally got in contact VIA THE CLEANERS PHONE, the owner was rude and dismissive, providing no alternative. They failed to provide us with a clean room or even keys to the front door, meaning we could not actually gain access to our room. Overall an AWFUL experience, and further to this they will not refund us for the early check in fee, nor for the stay, despite not providing either of these.

Lovely property & beds were comfy

None of the TV’s worked, no WiFi after they told us there was & no hot water. Someone’s hair extension was left on the bedside table. TV Remote missing from one of the TV’s too
