By the standards of Central Chur, this is cheap accommodation; bearing that in mind, it represented good value. The room was large and the beds and the sofa usefully provided were comfortable. Whilst we were staying at any rate, it was quiet. The location only about 7 minutes from the station, was perfect for our (rail-touring) stay.
There are only two toilets between 6 rooms, and our room had 4 beds. That really isn't enough. The kitchen was well equipped but again, nowhere near adequate the number of occupants. There we only two very slow hob rings. Although we had no problems, I can imagine at times it could be a very very long wait to cook dinner. The showers worked well, but the environment was more like a building site than anything.

Para pasar la noche y tomar el tren es suficiente. No está claro en el anuncio que es un dpto compartido. No le falta nada, pero hay un solo baño que, obviamente, no permanece limpio.

Excelente atención y comodidad, por otra parte; está muy bien ubicado, cerca a las principales zonas de la ciudad incluida la estación de tren para salir hacia donde desees.

La situació i l’amabilitat del personal.
Per les fotos pensàvem que era una habitació amb bany i cuina privats, tot i que ens van dir que al titol especificava que era compartit (error nostre). El problema ha estat l’estat de les instal·lacions. Correctes tirant a justes, pero no per tenir la puntuació que tenen (8,4)
