Nice clean place and the location was easy, the garden area with the pool was very quiet and beautiful. It was pretty clean except for a dirty sponge. The bathroom was very clean except for a little bit of mold at the bottom. It was easy to get to, and there was a really nice museum and park at the top of the street. The area felt safe. The towels were provided, and there was a small kitchen to be able to cook and make food and if you contacted the cohost, they will get back to you. the owner seemed very nice, but we didn’t see them very much. They were very nice and let us come past the check in time at midnight because we missed our connecting flight to Nice, and they accommodated us to come at midnight which was very nice of them.

We got the room that had no windows so there was a smell like damp mold. I suggest to get a dehumidifier to get rid of the moldy smell, you had to keep the air conditioning on otherwise it would be too hot, but the room itself was nice and the bed was very comfortable The couch was a little old and faded so we put a blanket on it to cover it up.I suggest maybe get a better couch and be sure that the cleaning staff provides more toilet paper, changes out the sponges, and put in a new soap in the bathroom sink. because the bottle was empty when we came. Provide some directions on where we can find the WiFi or how to find the washing machine and where to hang the laundry because we had to ask how to find things. Also, it might be nice to provide at least a bottle of water and a little coffee for those that come in late because there was nothing to greet us. the paper that said “we expect our guests to do this and that … It was not very friendly. It might be nice to have something in the room that gives recommendations and that says welcome to the home and we hope your day is nice— instead of we expect our guests to do this and that .. I realize in France you have to get all your own stuff.
