Calm and private location but still close to the airport and the city. All you need in the room and a cute roof terrace. Public transport is available close by for day trips in or around Nice area. The owners gave a warm welcome when we arrived and are happy to help with recommendations. Thanks to the hosts and we’ll be back!

This apartment is located in a wonderful house in the middle of a garden and all together in a beautiful area of ​​Nice. The private street leads down to the beach or the tram station in just 5 minutes. The apartment is clean and nicely furnished, so everything is in perfect order. However, what tops it all are Delphine and Tuan, the owners - wonderful people who are the best hosts anyone could wish for.

There is nothing I was dissatisfied with, on the contrary, everything was exceptional!

Great location! It is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, very close to the tram station, making it easy to go anywhere you want. It is also very close to the beach. We really love the place 💘 + A special thanks to Delphine & Tuan for their warm and friendly hospitality!

Just a small suggestion, adding fly screen to the studio apartment would be great. Since the weather was nice, we did not use the A/C much and kept the doors open. But since the summer is close, mosquitoes can become a real issue🥲

We had a wonderful 8-day stay at Delphine and Tuan’s apartment in Nice! The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, always ready to answer questions and offer great local tips. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable — exactly as described. The location is fantastic: just a short walk to the Promenade des Anglais, with a nearby train station, supermarket, and bakery all within easy reach. We would happily stay here again and can highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nice!

The mattress in the French double bed is quite soft. After the many kilometers we walked each day, we would have wished for a slightly firmer and thus more back-friendly mattress. But that is certainly also a matter of taste.
