We had a wonderful 8-day stay at Delphine and Tuan’s apartment in Nice! The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, always ready to answer questions and offer great local tips. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable — exactly as described. The location is fantastic: just a short walk to the Promenade des Anglais, with a nearby train station, supermarket, and bakery all within easy reach. We would happily stay here again and can highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nice!
The mattress in the French double bed is quite soft. After the many kilometers we walked each day, we would have wished for a slightly firmer and thus more back-friendly mattress. But that is certainly also a matter of taste.

Location was excellent, so easy to get to from the airport and public transport as a way of getting around was fantastic.Hosts were so helpful and friendly, always willing to chat and advise. I'm learning french and they were so responsive to my attempts at speaking french. They accommodated an early check in and kept our luggage on the last day until evening.
The only small thing was that the sheets on the bed were quite worn and not ironed and the pillows weren't of a good standard. Other than that we have no complaints.

Delphine and Tuan were wonderful hosts! We enjoyed our stay very much! We especially enjoyed having breakfast on the rooftop deck. The location is great for the beach and the Promenade des Anglais is a short walk away.
Our apartment was very comfortable overall but the shower stall is very small and may not be suitable for larger people. Also the bed mattress is a bit lumpy and needing replacing.
