Hôte D'Azur - Guesthouse

The place is very clean and tidy. It has been entirely renovated, everything is new and nice. The location is great, very close to a bus stop and a tram station. The hosts are very friendly, kind and responsive. I like it very much!

Удобное место расположения 10 мин прямо до моря и в другую сторону 10 мин до остановки трамвая, тихий спокойный красивый район ,рядом супермаркеты, рынки, свежая выпечка 🥐, в апартаментах все для комфортного отдыха, кондиционер,утюг,фен, стиральная и сушильная машины, холодильник, кофемашина, полностью укомплектована кухня, в номере уютно и стильно, владелец добрый приветливый решает любые вопросы быстро, учитывает все пожелания, благодарю за чудесный отдых в этом прекрасном городе и с удовольствием остановлюсь здесь снова ❤️

The property was clean with all the necessary facilities (closet, towels, extra blanket, hair dryer, air conditioning, TV, fridge). The instructions to access the property were sent on the day of our arrival and were clear. The owner kept in touch and was eager to help us with everything if needed. There is a common space with a very good and clean kitchen. If you wish to save some money and cook your own meals, there you’ll find everything essential (stove, kettle, coffee machine, dishes and cutlery). We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation for a low price in Nice.

We really enjoyed our stay and the only minor drawbacks were occasional noise from other guests and limited privacy from the street-facing windows. Reflective windows could help, but it wasn’t a big deal for us.
