Apartament bez zarzutu, a wszystko zgodne z opisem i zdjęciami w serwisie. Można polegać na podanych informacjach i sprawdzić, czy obiekt spełni nasze oczekiwania. Rozsądne wyposażenie, funkcjonalny układ mimo umiarkowanego metrażu, Wszystko wygodne i estetyczne oraz czyste. Balkon. Spokojne sąsiedztwo w budynku. Centralne położenie komunikacyjne. Bezproblemowy kontakt z gospodarzami obiektu. Solidne wifi. Dobór wyposażenia pasujący dokładnie do moich upodobań, np. nie ma mikrofalówki, z której nigdy nie korzystam, a jest piekarnik. Wszystko to oczywiście skontrolowałem w prezentacji obiektu, zanim zarezerwowałem pobyt.
To jest niezależne od obiektu, ale był alarm RCB z powodu smogu. Niestety to mankament na niektórych obszarach kraju. Można jeszcze dodać, że o ile układ i wyposażenie są bardzo nowoczesne i funkcjonalne (także dobre i przyjemne oświetlenie lokalu), to drobnym mankamentem w sytuacji dłuższej pracy na miejscu z laptopem może być brak gniazdka zasilającego prądem w pobliżu blatu zastępującego biurko do pracy. To jedyne przeoczenie projektanta i niewygoda.
