Location very good, very comfortable apartment, wifi very good, nice view from the balcony, fuTure renTer should know that he apartment is in entrance C

Apartment was not cleaned properly, plenty dust, place in the garage difficult to get in, since 2 huge air-condition units in front of the parking place, have to add that we rented a SUV, received upgraded ,even bigger then we wanted

Apartament mieści się w nowych blokach na przedostatnim piętrze. To nowoczesne mieszkanko z łazienką (z wanną) małym korytarzem, który prowadzi do salonu z aneksem kuchennym oraz małej sypialni, której część jest oszklona. Z sypialni i salonu jest wejście na dość duży taras. Całe mieszkanko czyste, schludne. Posiada klimatyzację. Kuchnia wyposażona tak, że można samodzielnie coś sobie do jedzenia przygotować. W łazience jest także pralka. Do mieszkania przynalezało miejsce w parkingu podziemnym. Łóżko wygodne. Na parterze bloku znajdowały się sklepy.

Najważniejsza rzecz to brak aktywnego wifi pomimo, że w mieszkaniu był internet na kartę SIM (może nie opłacono jej?). To też powodowało że smart telewizor nie miał również dostępu do funkcji. Problem ten był zgłaszany Właścicielowi i resetowanie urządzenia nic nie dało. Koniecznie trzeba na bieżąco sprawdzać jak działa internet w wynajmowanych mieszkaniach, bo korzystanie z własnego to dodatkowe koszty, których nikt przecież nie zwróci. Przy opisie sposobu odbioru kluczy warto dodać choćby które wejście do budynku jest najlepsze, zwłaszcza że to osiedle zamknięte - wystarczyło dodać obok numeru mieszkania że to np. klatka C.

Great location next to the train station and many trams and bus routes. Appartment on 9th floor guarantees no noise from neighbours above, and in general, the environment was very quiet (during our stay, trams didn't run through Tramwajowa street, so we are unaware how loud they are when running). Safe and easy-to-find parking spot in the underground garage. Many amenities like kitchenette, oven, microwave, ironing equipment. Lots of utensils and different-size pots. The renting team responds very swiftly and professionally.

Given Wi-Fi was not even on the list of available Wi-Fis. We were brought portable internet 4 days later, but when connected, there was no connection still. I hope the issue is fixed by now. If your stay is longer, you might need to buy trash bags on your own. And if you are into cooking, there is no oil and little sugar. Please be aware that if you are coming by car, finding first parking spot before ascending to take the garage keys might be difficult since the parking in the neighbourhood is packed (helps if you have someone else to send up).
