Cul Na Shee - St Monans

Very good location, just around the corner from everything! Plenty of room for us all to spread out too.

Nothing we didn’t like, but I think the kitchen needs a dishwasher- especially if 6 people stay for a week or more. The kitchen could easily lose a cupboard to make room for.

Nice apartmnent in a lovely village. Its nice the owners have decorated and furnished like they use it, which makes it a very pleasent place to stay. St Monans has a very relaxed way of life, so its perfect if you want that from a break.

Very easy acces, light and airy and had almost everything we needed.

My sister got a bit chilly and wanted to book the heating - the instructions said there was a Hive on a shelf - there was no hive at all and we couldn't boost via the thermostat on the wall as it didn't seem to kick in to the central heating. The instruction booklet also mentioned a dishwasher - and indeed dishwasher tablets were left - there is no dishwasher. There was also mention of a hairdryer and straighteners - yes to to hairdryer no to the straighteners. There was also no cork screw which proved to be problematic for us opening our wine. Otherwise it was a perfect little hideaway and very convenient for what we wanted to do.

Rustige locatie, centraal gelegen, genoeg ruimte voor hele gezin. DVD speler met goede films. Boeken waren er ook. Goed uitgeruste keuken

Inchecken. Er was iets misgegaan met een nieuwe mail met een nieuwe code voor het sleutelkastje. Toen ik Booking.com belde kreeg ik alleen een chat-bot die mij niet verder hielp en toen hield het verhaal bij Booking. com op. Zeer klantonvriendelijk om een reiziger zo aan z'n lot over te laten! Via een ander nummer heeft onze zoon uiteindelijk de beheerder te pakken gekregen en kon het probleem makkelijk worden getraceerd. Chat bots moeten met een mens doorverbinden als ze niet verder kunnen helpen. Booking.com, dit is een hele kwalijke gang van zaken!
