Location. Ease of parking. Good size rooms. Two bathrooms. Nice little space at the back to sit out.

Gas cooker was fiddly. Only one socket in twin room. Poor WiFi.

Excellent location, great view, from upstairs lounge Very clean

Bed not comfortable, poor quality bedding. Toilet seat broken in main bathroom Several windows did not open

Location is amazing literally round the corner from beach.

Lounge was upstairs No full length mirrors Needed a deep dust

Location was good for what we needed

When we entered property we noticed one off dining room chairs were coming apart at the back ,when we went to use down stairs shower next morning shower tray filled up quickly and nearly flooded floor water took ages to go away hence upstairs shower was really the only one to use. We went to use airier to hang our towels on after shower to discover it only had 3 legs ,when we went to use washing machine there was still water in it ,so we wondered if there is a problem with drainage. Property location good but badly needs updating. Would not recommend to young family’s due to steep stairs and no gate at top for young ones especially as sitting room is upstairs.but view from sitting room fabulous.
