About this house rental
Woodland cottage on the Charleton Estate with own driveway access & private enclosed garden. Ideal for families and golfers with the Charleton Golf Course at the end of the drive. Games room in the converted garage with pool table & darts! Very dog friendly property with plenty of walking trails in surrounding forests or long walks on the beach.
Open plan kitchen with log burning stove.
St.Andrews 15min drive, Elie & Dumbarnie 5 min drive.
(We offer a free round of golf to guests staying a week or moreotherwise 10% off golf tee times!)
Spacious cottage with open plan kitchen/dining and living room. Main room leads out into a private garden ideal for pets to roam free. Bedroom 1 on ground floor with main bathroom with bathtub and shower.
Bedrooms 2&3 upstairs. Additional bed/ child travel cot can be added if required. Large new games room now added with pool table and darts Please note the games room is attached to the property in an uninsulated barn. Ideal for children!
The whole house can be accessed but large games room is uninsulated.

Very private cottage which is ideal for the quite getaway. Private Golf course at the end of the driveway. Very dog friendly with enclosed garden and core path walking trails that lead on through to the neighbouring estates.
Access through drive which leads to the entrance at the back of the house. Let us know if you need more space for parking and we can open up the main gates.
There is a £30 surcharge if you are wanting to charge up motor homes or electric cars.

Our stay in the coach house was excellent. Lovely setting and very reasonably priced. Three good sized bedrooms, well appointed throughout complete with games room
