Living room with large sofa and two armchairs, Smart TV (can be received via PC or other via own internet signal, HDMI cable available) and CD player (no WiFi/internet). Kitchen: electric with 4 burners, oven and microwave, coffee machine. Small bathroom: WC, washbasin and shower. Not habitable in winter (no central heating) Swedish stove in the living room. Garden with fence, very quiet and with fireplace. No private car park, parking nearby. Good hiking possibilities also for families with children, very nice river in the village ideal also with children. Restaurant, lake (not for swimming), playground. Nearby the main village Faido with Coop, Migros, Denner, bank. The region is ideal for active holidays, the city of Bellinzona with its famous castles is not far away.
