The location and the view from the apartment are great

The apartment we rented should not be recommended as a family apartment. It was basically barely fit two host two adults. Moreover, the wifi was down all the time and the keys were not exchanged as agreed. We were first brought to the wrong apartment, which was rented to other Dutch people and the landlord was complaining all the time that he had been working for three months 15 hours a day; why is that our concern? I do that all year long and don't want to be bothered with it when I rent an apartment. Finally, I find it very suspicious that we had to hand over the money for the apartment for 10 days (1000,- euro) in cash without a receipt or anything. What are those people doing: committing tax fraud?

Bis auf die Aussicht gar nichts.

Die Wohnung war in einem erbärmlichen Zustand. Dreckig, versifft und super ekelig. Schimmel an den Wänden und ein zusammen geschustertes Inventar runden das Bild ab. Kühlschrank so laut, dass man ihn nicht nutzen kann und was die Nachbarn über, unter oder neben einem machen kann man im Detail miterleben. Denke das die Eigentümer den wirklich schönen Blick auf den See zum Anlass nehmen, um ihre Mieter brutal abzuzocken. Anders kann ich mir den Zustand der erbärmlichen Unterkunft nicht erklären. Es geht sogar soweit, dass ich mir rechtliche Schritte überlege.

Würden die Wohnung nicht wieder buchen

Der Blick, der Balkon und die Lage waren toll. Pino ist ein süßes Örtchen, der Weg zum Strand ist auch gut zu Fuß zu bewältigen. Der Pool auf der Anlage ist ggf eine gute Alternative. Die Küche war an sich gut ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung sollte dringend renoviert werden, es ist alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und tw defekt (Haustürklinke, Duscharmatur, schiefe Regale). Es war auch sehr hellhörig (quietschendes Bett über uns) und allg. ungemütlich eingerichtet. An die halbstündlich läutende Kirche nebenan muss man sich auch gewöhnen. Internet ging nur mäßig. Abweichende Möblierung von Fotos zu Realität. Ansprechpartner vor Ort war zwar nett und hilfsbereit (Bettwäsche/Handtücher konnte kostenfrei gewechselt werden), jedoch wurde die defekte Nachtischlampe während unseres knapp 2 wöchigen Aufenthalts nicht ausgetauscht.

Super Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Spülmaschine ist in Italien eher selten, daher top. Netter Verwalter und sehr hilfsbereit.

Die Matratzen waren leider 15 cm kürzer als das Bettgestell und der Lattenrost war bereits mehrfach mit Klebeband repariert worden. Wir haben es gemeldet und hoffen, dass die Nachmieter mehr Glück haben.

Die Lage ist super. Die Aussicht traumhaft. Claudio ist ein ganz netter, humorvoller und hilfsbereiter Mensch.

Es hat viel geregnet aber das hat nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun.
