Unfortunately so beautiful pictures but not real clean

to be fair .. the living room and artistic design of this place is very beautiful as the pictures.. However it super super super dirtyyy

Dirty toilet with used things lifted over .. dirty things lifted open inside kitchen drawers and cabinets.. the cattle is maybe used for 1000 times and looks so bad to be used .. they should throw alot of things and replace with new machine and at least clean! the bedroom is horrible horrible sooooooooo old sofa which we couldn’t sleep on .. we reached earlier than check in and lady allowed us to come in .. we thought she finished as she left and said completed .. however when have seen toilet and bedroom we were shocked.. we left the place and left city tax .. which later on they are telling that they didn’t found although we kept on the dining table .. as we stayed in the hotel for 5 hours we couldn’t tolerate the dirtiness!!!

Alles Guten Tag Frau Logrenzi Als wir hier angekommen sind am 17. Dezember..... Das Türschloss ist schwer zu öffnen. Das Grotto ist kalt und feucht In den Zimmer riecht es nach Schimmel Die Schlafzimmer sind kalt und feucht Die Bettwäsche ist kalt und feucht Das Schafzimmer neben der Türe ist sehr sehr kalt und die Matratze ist sehr schlecht. Wir hatten kein Warmwasser Das Cheminee dürfen wir nicht benutzen da es defekt ist Das ganze Haus und alle Wohnungen sind abgekühlt trotz Heizung Wir hatten keinen Strom mehr. Ich und Herr Poretti suchten den Sicherungskasten und die Heizung Wir haben die Heizung in den Notbetrieb geschaltet Warmes Wasser ist jetzt Ok. Heute 20.12.25 ist die Heizung immer noch im Notbetrieb Betreff der Gesundheit hat meine Kollegin in Muralto ein Zimmer genommen für 450 sFR Ich muss jedes mal nach Locarno fahren Wir sind nicht glücklich und haben keine tolle Ferien mehr Ich bin am 22.12.2025 nach Hause gegangen , wir wollen jetzt die komplette Summe zurück In Der Zeit wo ich Vorort war......habe ich mit den anderen Feriengästen kommuniziert und Diese sind in der kürzesten Zeit wieder abgereist....auch die Personen welche über AIRBNB gemietet haben Von meiner Seite her wurde soviel wie möglich vermietet und die Probleme nicht gelöst, da zudem auch schwerwiegende Essentielle Probleme vor Ort sind Im ganzen Gebäudekomplex Beste Grüsse Stephan Purtschert Sie können Das Geld gerne auf TWINT überweisen Good Day Mrs When we arrived here on December 17th... The door lock is difficult to open. The grotto is cold and damp. The rooms smell of mold. The bedrooms are cold and damp. The bed linen is cold and damp. The bedroom next to the door is very, very cold and the mattress is very bad. We had no hot water We are not allowed to use the fireplace because it is defect. Незвичайний інтер'єр, прекрасний вид із вікна, поруч сад в якому можна посидіти.

Не дуже доглянуте житло, наприклад двері душової кабіни були поламані, на кухні в умивальнику погано сходить вода, всюди пил, на килимах шерсть. Дуже багато різних дрібниць, як от штучні квіти, які складають враження захламлення.

Traumhafte Lage, tolles Ambiente.

Der aussenbereich könnte etwas gepflegter sein. Die Möbel im Haus fallen langsam auseinander die Betten fanden wir sehr unbequem.

Weekend nella casa delle favole

Struttura veramente particolare, accogliente e spaziosissima. Dotazioni della cucina più che adeguate. Umido, d altronde è una grotta nella roccia, ma assolutamente gradevole la temperatura all interno. Bellissima la vista sul lago.

Forse più cura agli spazi esterni per poter fruire della splendida visuale.

Uriges, höhlenartiges Appartement. Sehenswert!

Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein und hat nur ein 140cm Matratze. Für Kinder sicher ok, aber für Erwachsene eher eng.
