The Kormoran holiday home is located on a peninsula surrounded on 3 sides by water and 1 side by forest in the Natur 2000 bird sanctuary. It is beautifully situated between pastures and forest on a little-used road in Miroszewo, a district of the small town of Nowe Warpno. It is 17 km to the border and 35 km to Szczecin. The beaches for swimming and fishing are about 600 metres away. At any time of the year it is nice to go for a walk or spend some time by the water. In autumn there are mushrooms and blueberries in the woods. The surroundings are quiet and ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The large terraces offer plenty of space for sunbathing or for cosy get-togethers or parties. The holiday home is fully equipped. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have direct access to the terraces. Large dining table with 10 chairs and a leisure corner for several people. A tastefully furnished holiday home with everything you need for a great holiday. A large garden with barbecue and garden furniture. A beautiful view of the forest and pastures. From there you can walk directly to the water at 600 metres. The property is fully fenced so that the dogs cannot escape. Plenty of space for the dogs to play and run around. Nearby is the beautifully restored small town of Nowe Warpno with a lovely passage that goes around the whole town. The small harbour and the marina are very nice. In the summer months you can take a cutter trip to Altwarp on the German side or a tour of the lagoon. There are many beautiful cycle and walking paths. Water sports and fishing are very popular here. Delicious smoked fish or fresh fish can also be bought cheaply nearby. At the border in Lubieszyn, approx. 22 km away, you can buy branded goods or cigarettes cheaply at the Polish market and a chocolate factory approx. 15 km away offers fresh sweets straight from the production line at favourable prices. The nearby city of Szczecin with its large harbour and the Galaxy shopping centre offers many opportunities for a day trip and is always worthwhile. There are beautiful cliffs and beaches that are unique. A family holiday with dogs is especially nice as there are beaches and refreshment nearby. Very nice places for a family holiday and for day trips in the area. Lots of water and forest, creating a unique mixture of air. Many beautiful places for swimming, water sports and fishing. Many regular guests come back again and again because of the great surroundings and our beautiful holiday homes. It is ideal for guests with dogs or small children, as everything happens under control on a fenced property. The views from the terraces over the woods and meadows are unique.
