Enjoyed a very comfortable stay here with our family and would happily recommend.

Nice, quiet location within walking distance from several Wolin National Park entrances. Lovely, well-equipped house with everything we needed for 4 days including coffee machine, spacious living area downstairs, comfortable beds and clean bathroom. The terrace with a gate was particularly useful given we had a dog with us, and the lawn proved a convenient play area for her. Altogether very satisfied.

Other than the slow-to-drain shower, no complaints at all.

Gelungener Kurztrip mit Wohlfühlcharakter.

Schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete und noch relativ neue Häuser mit allem, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Es stehen zwar inzwischen 8 Häuser aber man hat trotzdem seine Ruhe.

Gemütliches Haus, sehr ruhig gelegen

Sehr ruhig gelegen und nicht weit bis ins Zentrum von Misdroy. Die Häuser sind sehr schön eingerichtet und man hat alles da, was man braucht. Wir sind mit drei Kindern gefahren und hatten den Spielplatz direkt vor der Terrasse, das war sehr praktisch. In der Umgebung gibt es auch einiges zu entdecken.

Weg zur Unterkunft ging durch eine Baustelle aber das wird sich ja auch wieder ändern, wenn die Bauarbeiten abgeschlossen sind.

Barevné sladění interiéru, vybavení domku, parkovací místo u každého domku. Ač vjezdy jsou dost na těsno. Příjemné venkovní posezení, ač celý den spousta komárů.

Špína a zápach po psech. Chápu, že jsou mazlíčci vítáni, ale aby po celou dobu pobytu smrděla sedačka a matrace v posteli po mokrém psovi, to je moc. Kompletně vám to znechutí pobyt. Stovky much a tisíce komárů se vyčítat nedá, ale je třeba se na ně připravit.

Polecamy bardzo TOP ALEX DOMKI

Bardzo ładny domek, właśnie taki jaki lubimy położony w cichej okolicy. Domek bardzo dobrze wyposażony, naprawdę nic nie brakowało, w środku czysto i pachnąco. Świetne miejsce wypadowe na wycieczki rowerowe, blisko do Międzyzdrojów i Świnoujścia. Objechaliśmy sobie wyspę Wolin wzdłuż i wszerz, przepiękne trasy rowerowe R10, R13 i R3. Warto wjechać rowerem na Piaskową Górę, przepiękny widok na okolicę i Jeziorko Turkusowe. Obowiązkowo należy odwiedzić Żubry w Wolińskim Parku Narodowym. W Świnoujściu Stawa Młyny i objechać to ładne miasto, w Lubinie przepiękny punkt widokowy Grodzisko z tarasów widokowych na Zalew Szczeciński, który polecamy objechać w różnych wariacjach. Polecamy Podziemne Miasto i Muzeum Bunkier ze stanowiskami broni V-3 oraz wiele innych atrakcji, a to wszystko z poziomu siodełka rowerowego. Auta nie opłaca się zaciągać do tych wojaży. Polecamy Wszystkim TOP ALEX DOMKI w Lubinie na wyspie Wolin.

Udany pobyt

Wysoki standard, bardzo dobre wyposażenie. Czystość i wygoda. Bardzo przyjemnie spędzony czas w domku i na tarasie.

Parkowanie między domkami dużym samochodem nie należało do najłatwiejszych. Niska prędkość internetu. Brak pralki (jeśli ktoś planuje dłuższy pobyt).

Sehr ruhig und entspannt

Besonders gefallen hat uns die Ruhe und die Abgeschiedenheit vom Lärm der Großstadt. Der Aufenthalt war entspannt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber problemlos und freundlich. Für meinen Hund war das abgesperrten Gelände sehr vom Vorteil, so konnte sie toben und spielen und das ohne Angst, dass sie wegrennt. Auch war es möglich die Terrasse zu nutzen 😊 alles in allem also ein gelungener Aufenthalt und sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft,sehr Familien- und Hunde freundlich!!!

Das Haus war sehr modern eingerichtet, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist ein tolles Plus, obwohl wir sie leider nicht so nutzen konnten wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten. Aber für das Wetter und gefräßige Mücken kann niemand was. Also alles in allem wirklich sehr schön. Aber mit 4 Personen gut ausgelastet,mehr sollten es nicht sein. Pluspunkt! Absolut Hundefreundlich.Grundstück komplett eingezäunt und wir hatten tatsächlich tolle Hundekumpels.

Die Lage ist etwas Abseits, was nicht komplett negativ ist, aber mann ohne Auto etwas abgeschnitten ist. Dafür war es sehr ruhig und entspannt. Einkaufen kann man hier nur im nächsten größeren Ort. Wir hatten das Pech, dass gleichzeitig mit uns gefühlt 1000 Mücken gebucht hatten. Hier wurde durch den Vermieter Abhilfe geschaffen. Somit eigentlich nichts wirklich negatives.

Ideal für einen Kurzurlaub, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, wunderschöne Gegend

Lubin liegt am Stettiner Haff und ist knapp 15 min Autofahrt entfernt von Miedzyzdroje und damit der Ostsee, dadurch weniger touristisch und ruhiger. Die Häuser erreicht man über eine Nebenstraße, also kein Straßenlärm. Dadurch, dass das Gelände nur über ein abgeschlossenes Tor erreichbar ist, fühlen sich selbst die Ängstlichsten sicher. Das Haus ist modern aber gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und hat eine gute Basisausstattung. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ (über booking.com).

Alles nichts dramatisches: Die Terrassenmöbel waren voller Spinnenweben und Grill nicht allzu sauber, der Parkplatz zu Haus 3 ist für Fahrzeuge mit großem Wendekreis eine Herausforderung, aber mit Geduld machbar. Die Treppe knarzt ziemlich laut, wer nachts auf Toilette muss, weckt wahrscheinlich auch immer die Mitbewohner. Baulärm von anderen Grundstücken hörbar, wir waren aber viel unterwegs, sodass es uns nicht groß gestört hat.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und geräumig. Toll, auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Niemand fremdes kann aufs Gelände, es gibt einen schönen Spielplatz!

Eine Tolle Anlage , die Häuschen sind voll ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, schöne moderne Einrichtung. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Parkplatz neben den Haus Vielen Dank für den schönen und ruhigen Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich würde wieder kommen. Klare Empfehlung

Es war sehr ruhig gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet (man hat alles was man braucht). Nach Misdroy fährt man nur gute 10 Minuten um einzukaufen oder zu bummeln. Die Häuser sind optisch ein hingucker und sehr schön eingerichtet. Da wir außerhalb der Saison dort waren, waren wir fast alleine. Es war immer jemand gut zu erreichen, falls man fragen hat.

Ab und zu hat es aus der Küche und dem Bad geklappert (es war nicht festzustellen woher es kommt). Außerdem hat der Geschirrspüler das Geschirr nicht vollständig säubern können, daher muss man selber noch ein wenig Hand anlegen.

Ausstattung 1a, sauber, warm, kochend heißes Wasser in der Dusche 👍🏻👍🏻 Sonntags haben in misdroy kleine Shops auf, falls noch etwas benötigt wird 👍🏻 Ein und auschecken ohne Probleme !

Nach einem Stromausfall im Dorf gab es Probleme mit der Heizung allerdings wurde seitens des Vermieters recht schnell gehandelt nachdem wir das Problem angesprochen haben. Undichte Stellen im Badezimmer so, dass man ständig eine Wasserlake hatte
