Warning
The balcony. The water kettle.
It is fraud to say that this apartment is suitable for 4 adults and a teenager. To put a bedsheet directly on a narrow, hard sofa-bed made of plastic, with deep ridges, could never ever be classified as a sleeping place which you charge money for. We contacted the company directly, as we realised that we had been blown away, but they only apologised for the inconvenience.

Extra money deducted from our card
The apartment is close to the beach (yet a bit far from the city center). It has a balcony, and free parking on the property, check-in is available at any time.
Our biggest disappointment came after the stay when we were deducted money from our card for extra cleaning and traveling with pets (we don`t even own pets), which was substantiated by a picture of a trash bag, two empty bottles next to the trash bag, and breadcrumbs on the kitchen counter, and dry stains behind entrance doors that were there already when we arrived. The process to claim this amount through Booking was long and unpleasant. They deducted the amount in the Czech Koruna (not Polish Zloty), which was the first obstacle to the claim. They wouldn't provide an invoice for this extra amount, which was another obstacle to processing the claim through Booking. Finally, Booking returned the money after 5+ hours of calls with them and escalating the issue. Make sure to take as many photos of the apartment upon your arrival (we were too tired and too trustful to do so) and before you leave (we, fortunately, had those) to have evidence of in which state you entered and left the apartment. There is a pretty annoying echo in the living room. The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator.

Die Wohnung ist nicht 94qm wie angegeben, sondern nur ca. 55-60qm. Es finden Bauarbeiten statt, inklusive Männern die direkt auf dem Balkon arbeiten. Parkplatz Situation unbefriedigend, da auch an dem Zufahrtstor gearbeitet wurde, alle Parkplätze belegt. Eine Reaktion auf schriftliche Beschwerden findet nicht statt, weder seitens des Vermieters noch von Booking.com. Schlecht, nie wieder.

Klatka A, nie jest opisana na zewnątrz, co powoduje dłuższe poszukiwanie właściwego wejścia do budynku. W apartamencie nie włączono ogrzewania przed naszym przyjazdem, było zimno, co stanowi utrudnienie gdy jest się z małym dzieckiem. W łazience nie ma grzejnika.

Za mało sztućców i talerzy, szklanek i trochę za mało przyborów kuchennych, duże łóżko wygodne ale sofa rozkładana w jednym i w drugim pokoju bardzo niewygodne.
