Pleasant

The location was good and the staff was friendly. It was quite clean. It was also good to have a bathroom and facilities to make breakfast.

I was travelling alone and had a tiny room with a single bed. There were two tiny stools and a small low table but nowhere comfortable to sit to eat or read or write, except for on the bed. It would have been ok if the weather were good but it wasn’t really a nice place to spend time on a rainy day.

Nothing, I did not like anything about the place. Probably localization is not bad.

The size of the ROOM/ so called Apartment is a joke. It’s 6 m square. The double room has only one bad, the other one comes from under, once this is done it takes ALL room, no room to even walk by the bed. You can only enter from the head side.

Podajnik do papieru w toalecie , pokój dobrze zagospodarowany.

Przeciekający daszek przed wejściem , w opisie było napisane iż pokój jest dźwiękoszczelny a nie był wcale , pokoiki z płyty gipsowej nieźle dźwiękoszczelne wszystko było słychać , jak lubicie sąsiadów podsłuchiwać to jak najbardziej;), w toalecie nie było nawet dodatkowej rolki papieru .

Czystosc pomieszczen byla bardzo dobra. Miejsca wystarczajaco duzo. Wyposazenie rowniez wystarczajace. Traktowalismy jednak to jakomiejsce noclegowe bo wiekszosc czasu spedzalismy na powietrzu nad morzem

Jednym wielkim mankamentem jest brak miejsc parkingowych przy obiekcie. No mogla by byc jeszcze klimatyzacja ale dalo sie wytrzymac. Cena niestety bardzo wygorowana, ale to szczyt sezonu

Pokój wyposażony w przybory kuchenne, żelazko, suszarka do wlosow to oczywiacie na plus, duży minus za brak możliwości wywieszenia ręczników w pokoju brak jakiekolwiek miejsca co powodowało zapach wilgoci. Brak wentylacji.

Lokalizacja

Pokój (apartament to za dużo powiedziane) znajduje się w budynku do remontu, ciężko było uwierzyć, ze właśnie tam będziemy nocować. Widać ze pokój był remontowany „na szybko”, ponieważ zastaliśmy tam mnóstwo niedociągnięć - wiszące kable za oknem, niedziałające kontakty i grzejnik w łazience, cieknąca lodówka, niestety czystość również pozostawia wiele do życzenia (grzyb w prysznicu, płatki śniadaniowe na podłodze, brudne baterie łazienkowe, kurz za łóżkiem). Na szczęście spędziliśmy tam tylko jedna noc szukając noclegu na szybko ale uważam ze regularna cena prawie 600 zł za dobę to ogromna przesada!

Czysto kolorowo mieszkanie urządzone z gustem

Wynajęliśmy apartament dla czterech osób.Pierwsze wrażenie ładnie czysto i kolorowo . W pierwszym dniu wieczorem nie było ciepłej wody jedna osoba zdążyła się wykąpać i kolejne kąpały się w zimnej wodzie .okazało się że zamontowany bojler jest za mały aby obsłużyć cztery pokoje mieszczące się na piętrze- był monter który sprawdził piec . Lodówka w apartamencie chodzi głośno co zaburza sen w nocy . Na zdjęciach publikowanych na stronie booking są drzwi między salonem a wejściem do przedpokoju - po przyjeździe okazało się że tych drzwi nie ma co nie zapewnia dostatecznej prywatności a przyjechaliśmy w dwie pary. Zaznaczam że przed rezerwacją dzwoniłam do obiektu i wypytywałam o szczegóły ułożenia pokoi Drugiego dnia jak wróciliśmy do pokoju dudniała muzyka w budynku i jakiś pan z dołu - potem okazało się że on tam mieszka na stałe -zaczął wykrzykiwać pod naszymi oknami wyzywać nas obrażać i grozić nam za to że w dniu wcześniejszym ponoć mu przeszkadzaliśmy. Natychmiast skontaktowałam się z zarządcą pani przyjechała i zamiast wyjaśnić sytuację oskarżyła nas że zakłócaliśmy panu ciszę nocną…. .Nikt z pokoi obok nie miał żadnych pretensji ! Żadna sytuacja nie daje nikomu prawa aby obrażać wyzywać oraz grozić innym .Jesteśmy cywilizowanymi ludźmi i rozmową można wyjaśnić każdy konflikt ! W trzecim dniu pobytu pan znowu wykrzykiwał tylko do ludzi siedzących na balkonie naprzeciwko w budynku. Żałuję tylko że nie nagrałam wtedy tego pana i że nie zadzwoniłam na policję .Cala sytuacja z agresywnym zachowaniem pana zostawi na długo ślad w naszej psychice. Jadąc na wypoczynek chcemy czuć się bezpiecznie i mieć to co prezentowane jest w ofercie niestety tutaj w tym apartamencie tego nam nie zapewniono .NIE POLECAM !!!

Lokalizacja ok. Nie jest to w pierwszym pasie nad morzem ale blisko. Było gdzie auto postawić ale pewnie w sezonie będzie ciężej. Możliwe wcześniejsze zameldowanie bez dodatkowych opłat. W miarę czysto. W lokalu wszystko było co potrzeba na krótki wypad.

Opłata klimatyczna powinna być już wliczana w cenę. Niestety właściciele muszą zainwestować w skuteczniejszą wentylację - duża wilgotność w lokalu. Dodatkowo w łazience było mocno czuć kanalizacją. Sugeruję też meldunek bez kontaktu. Ale to chyba po to aby ściągnąć w/w opłatę klimatyczną...

Urlaub in Strandnähe zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten unmittelbar in der Nähe. Super Restaurants am Starnd

Sie war klein und gemütlich. Von der Ausstattung her, war sie ausreichend.

Es fehlte an Küchenelementen (zb. Kaffeemaschine, evt. ne Mikrowelle oder ein kleiner Ofen). Wodurch die Selbstversorgung nicht uneingeschränkt war.

Klein und Fein

Das Haus: sieht von außen bisschen schäbig aus, aber innen sieht es genauso wie auf den Bildern aus. Skandinavischer heller Look. Die Betten sind weich und bequem. Es gibt genügend Schränke. Die Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig. Den cholerischen Mann, der in anderen Bewertungen genannt wird, aus dem Erdgeschoss haben wir nicht getroffen oder erlebt. Es sind an allen Fenstern gute Rollos. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die Schlüsselabholung hat prima funktioniert. Im Ort: gibt es sehr viele gute Restaurants, Fischhändler, Imbisse, Cafés und Läden zum bummeln. Auch im Oktober ist noch was los im Ort. Es gibt viele Spielplätze. Der Strand ist sauber und wunderschön. Es gibt einen sehr schönen Küstenwanderweg. Man kann gut in der nächsten Querstraße parken. Das sind ca 200m bis zur Unterkunft. Von Okt bis März ist das Parken kostenlos. Es gibt viele verschiedene Lebensmittelhändler in der Nähe.

Ich hätte gern einen Toaster gehabt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit kleine Mängel

Die Nähe zum Strand, Die Wohnung war nett eingerichtet.Platz wurde optimal ausgenutzt

Schlüsselübergabe war echt kompliziert.An unseren Anreisetag wurden die Zimmer erst gegen 16 Uhr 30 gereinigt so das wir die Schlüssel dann zu 17 Uhr 30 bekamen . Kühlschrank war echt laut gewesen Ausschlafen konnte man nicht da gegenüber eine Baustelle war die pünktlich kurz nach 7 Uhr Krach gemacht haben
